Shweta is a serial Entrepreneur, Engineer & Innovator in the field of Additive Manufacturing, connecting 3D printing to the multitude of application segments. She has an M.S. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University, NJ, USA. Not only has she been in the field of Innovation & Design Thinking, for the last 10 years, but has also helped build Digital Fabrication & DIY labs for schools & maker-spaces, all over the world. An advocate for women empowerment, NJ Ambassador for Women in 3D Printing, Founder of an educational 3D printing startup (3Ducators) in NJ, USA, Shweta has been helping small businesses grow by utilizing sustainable solutions by harnessing the power of Design & Additive Manufacturing.
Swati Suman, Co-founder & Head of Operations, CSR, TAOMF
Swati is a Researcher turned into an Entrepreneur who is Revamping trends of Higher Education, Industry 4.0. She is an Ed-Tech Hustler, Director at EduIndustry Ltd., with an M.S. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India. State President for the 3DPrinting Council at WICCI & Indian Ambassador for Women in the 3D printing Global Community, Swati is adept in CSR strategy, helping non-profits make a difference in the society and lead change in the Education Space.
Venkat Kaushik, Head of Operations, Research & Grant Writing , TAOMF
Kaushik comes with a diverse experience in engineering, management strategy, and research in chemistry, medical sciences, and neuroscience. Over the course of his professional career, he has worked with research groups across the world where his work led to over 10 high quality publications, companies he worked with being acquired by MNCs. He has experience building products, businesses for social benefit and enterprise solutions.

Col. Milan Thapa, Advisor, Head of Operations, HR, TAOMF
Ret. Colonel Milan Thapa, is an Army Veteran who served in the Indian Army for 42 years. He was part of the 1971 Indo-Bangladesh war, fought in counter-insurgency operations in the Eastern sector, J&K in India. He has served as the Platoon/Company/Battalion commander, managed, led & trained about 1200 soldiers in various fronts, states, including Nagaland, Sikkim, J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra & Uttarakhand.His experience contributes tremendously to the operational discipline and team welfare aspects of TAOMF. He raised teams, Rashtriya Rifles(RR), trained soldiers in combat, served in extremely high altitude areas, 12-16000ft exhibiting great resilience, leadership & patriotism. He also looked into the welfare of combatant soldiers & their families.His skill in understanding the community and mobilization for purpose fit in well with the sourcing plans and we currently have.
Omar Aziz Wani, Advisor, Head of Strategic Communication & Marketing, TAOMF
Omar’s extensive knowledge and experience in helping build & grow foundations, focussing on women & children education, is impressive. He started his journey, in 2004, converting a “sarai” into a nursing college that would serve the technical education needs of girls, in Jammu & Kashmir, India. He’s a Founding & Governing member of the Sajid Iqbal Foundation, J&K, Advisory Council Member to the Board of Canadian International School, Bangalore. In addition to that, he was a member of the Founding Marketing Team, Barclays Bank, India, 2007. Omar’s strategic mindset and Marketing expertise in different areas, is a great asset to the vision of TAOMF. He is adept in advising the new comers and building the framework for startups with a social impact.
